We require two SharePoint engineers to develop, implement and maintain the Microsoft SharePoint applications and platform in use at the Client plant ensuring their optimum utilization and maximum availability and reliability according to Client business requirements

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
????????? Develop, Operate, maintain & support of Microsoft SharePoint applications and platform but not limited to, in order to ensure continued system availability, reliability and optimal utilization according to business requirements.
????????? Development of Applications guidelines and standards and SOP for DRP and daily operating of platform and programming?
????????? Answers all basic trouble calls/emails/requests related to Microsoft SharePoint Applications and platform and participate in support workflow using ?Client ?s IT Service Management system.
????????? Administer and maintain Microsoft SharePoint platform and applications? and monitor software for possible bugs, fixes and patches in order to ensure latest versions are functioning effectively
????????? Interacts with users to resolve basic and complex IT support issues in a timely manner.
????????? Perform all duties relating to assisting users in their daily work to ensure users have the necessary tools to execute their jobs efficiently
????????? Prepare a blue print document of business required application with end user
????????? Training of key users/end users

Job-Specific Skills:
?? Strong? knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint application development, administration and integration to other systems (for example SAP)
?? Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL database in administration level
?? Designing/developing? IT applications on Microsoft SharePoint platform
?? Analytical capabilities to understand business/end user?s requirements able to translate that into IT applications suitable for business/end users.
?? Develop standards for development of Microsoft SharePoint Applications/platform.
?? Understands Recovery plan procedure, Disaster recovery plan, Security, High Availability and redundancy from IT Application perspectives.
Able to communicate well with business/end users

Minimum Experience:
5+ years of experience in a similar role
