Sitting right in the beating heart of Chinatown, Dessert Story, a new restaurant serving Taiwanese and Hong Kong ?dessert secrets?, can be spotted by its glowing red lanterns and the queues out the door.
I have to be honest; while I?m a massive dessert fan, I was a little hesitant about my trip, never having really eaten Asian style desserts before. However, I was surprisingly impressed.

Last was the Strawberry Snow Ice ($8.80). This dish is simply a mountain of sweetened shaved ice covered in fresh strawberries and strawberry syrup. A super sweet dish made for sharing, it was the most popular one of the night.
