development agreement establishing integrated data exchange between
hospital and ambulatory settings.

RelayHealth provides a patient-centric interoperability platform to its

Greenway provides information technology solutions and managed business
services to ambulatory healthcare providers through its single-database
electronic health record (EHR) and practice management solution PrimeSUITE(R),

workflows and interoperability with labs, physician networks and health
systems.

By working together to standardize hospital-clinic connectivity
implementation, Greenway and RelayHealth bring key benefits to their
